In our November update, it was indicated that the parties would exchange negotiating proposals on December 18, 2018.
The exchanges took place that day and both teams had the opportunity to ask questions and provide additional information on their respective proposals. This allowed both the HSAS negotiating teams and SAHO to emerge from an exchange with an understanding of the themes that each party wishes to address in this round of negotiations.
